We have been working with them since 2018 providing detailed and complex compliance reminders for equine, farm, and small animal Vaccinations as well as parasiticide reminders.
These are varied and personalised depending on the broadcast going out. For example, some will include the pets name, whilst others will include reminder due data and products names. Messages are sent out at different times of the month and spread across a time frame so that messages are only sent in social hours or during the hours the surgeries are quiet. This allows the surgeries to manage calls and bookings easily. Special offers are included in Amnesty messages and chasers are sent to those clients missing their vaccination date, so ensuring that as many pets as possible carry on with these boosters.
