Campaigns under this heading can be broken down into two types, either marketing to an owner to get their animal vaccinated or to remind them to administer a treatment e.g. wormers. We have been working for many years with a variety of clients on both types of campaign which both contain similar attributes, namely the importance of getting the animal treated in the first place and then why the owner should ensure the treatment is kept up to date.
In the example of our work with Donaldsons Vets we send over 15,000 reminder messages out to clients each month. These broadcasts include the name of the owner, the pets name and the date by which the next treatment is due with the option of the client returning a text message to us so that we can pass the message onto the practice. This level of personalisation and interactivity consistently delivers high response rates, with customers genuinely thinking that that someone at the practice is sending the messages out, generating profitable business into the practice.
